Anna Fink

Anna Fink is the founding CEO of Assets Under Movement (AUM+), formerly the Amalgamated Charitable Foundation. Since launching the organization in 2018, Anna has built it into the third-largest intermediary in social justice philanthropy, growing from an idea into a leading force in channeling resources to advance equity. 

Anna brings an organizer’s sensibility to philanthropy. Drawing on more than two decades of experience in organizing, advocacy, and resource mobilization—including leading grant-making portfolios focused on gender equality in the US and Latin America and over a decade working on economic justice and democracy initiatives—she understands that lasting change requires not just funding, but the institutional infrastructure and cross-sector partnerships that allow movements to build and exercise power at scale.

This perspective shapes her approach to building AUM+ as more than a funding intermediary. AUM+ is a strategic partner that connects leaders, organizational innovators, and capital holders through trust-based relationships built for the long haul. Anna’s vision extends beyond immediate needs—she is building the modern capital infrastructure that democracy demands, evolving AUM+ from a single-stream philanthropic platform into an integrated enterprise with charitable, civic, and impact investing arms.

Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, solidarity as strategy, and the conviction that movements need partners who understand their work and are committed to the long fight required to bend democracy toward justice.
